Safety Standards for Holiday Displays in Public Areas

With public safety as the top priority, residents in unincorporated areas of Orange County are reminded that they must obtain an “encroachment” permit if they plan to place holiday displays, including strings of lights, over public rights-of-way such as public streets and sidewalks.
