Project Progress
75% Complete!
As of March 2023, 780-feet of channel has been completed — that’s 75% of the total project! Other items we’ve checked off our punch-list in Zone 3 near Woodland Drive include:
• Drainage structures and reinforced concrete bridge.
• Curb and gutter, sidewalk, and decorative fence.
Work in Progress
At the close of March 2023, our crews have been focusing on channel excavation, concrete channel structure work, channel backfill, beam and plate shoring, and preparation for concrete flat work and decorative fencing for Zone 2.
Looking Ahead
In the month of April, prepare for construction and traffic barriers to transition to Zone 1 for our final phase of construction as we move toward completion in May. The channel structure work will continue in Zone 1 along with preparation for landscape, final concrete flat work and asphalt paving.
Parking Update
With the transition of work from Zone 2 to Zone 1, please note there will be changes to parking space availability. More parking spaces will open back up in Zone 2 while remaining spaces in Zone 1 will be temporarily closed.
