Silverado Canyon Road Bridges Maintenance
Two bridge locations will have brief traffic stoppages during improvements to extend service life of the bridges
PROJECT SUMMARY
OC Public Works will be performing maintenance activities at two bridge locations in Silverado Canyon to maintain safety and extend the life of the bridges. The bridges will remain open at all times during construction, yet half of the bridge will require closure with traffic control measures in place.
WHAT
Maintenance activities will include repairing bridge areas, removing asphalt concrete sections of the road, installing polyester concrete and replacing the bridge’s guardrail posts.
Traffic Control Safety Measures in Place:
Brief stoppages will occur for road users in the area to accommodate these important activities.
Residents and other Silverado Canyon Road users should expect brief delays. Traffic control measures such as construction signs and flag personnel will be present during working hours.
Your safety is our top priority! Please observe all caution signs, barriers, and project personnel when traveling near the work areas.
