PROJECT SUMMARY
OC Public Works will complete a road maintenance project on a selection of local and arterial streets in the unincorporated Orange County area of Panorama Heights and along boundaries with neighboring City of Orange. Work consists of removing existing traffic striping and pavement markings, applying a Surface Seal to the road surface and re-establishing traffic striping and pavement markings.
WHAT
- Access to residences may be limited during working hours depending on location of work.
- Advanced notification will be provided 48 hours in advance via door knob hangar cards and “No Parking” signs.
ROAD/LANE CLOSURES
Pay attention to flaggers directing traffic past active work locations.
• Half-lane closures will be used during construction.
• Baja Panorama (non-residential segment) will require a full-road closure. Traffic detour signs will be placed during work on this street.
WHEN
Anticipated Construction Duration: June 6, 2022 — July 2022
Working Hours:
Local Streets 7 a.m. — 4:30 p.m.
Arterial Streets 8:30 a.m. — 4 p.m.
WHERE
Work is planned for the following streets: Baja Panorama, Barrett Hill Circle, Barrett Lane, Carmel Way, Daniger Road, Fairhaven Ext., Greenwald Lane, Hewes Avenue, Marcy Ranch Road, Maynard Road, Smiley Drive, St. Thomas Drive, Stoller Lane
