North Tustin Sidewalk Improvements
ADA Ramp Upgrades
PROJECT SUMMARY
OC Public Works will remove and replace access ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards in the unincorporated Orange County area of North Tustin. Work will be completed on various streets north of Foothill Boulevard and east of Newport Avenue. See map below for details.
WHAT
Work includes the installation of 21 sidewalk access ramps to meet 2010 ADA Federal Standards and California Title 24 Disabled Access Requirements.
DURING CONSTRUCTION…
- Portions of the sidewalk may be temporarily closed.
- Steel plates will be placed at cross gutters.
- Access to residences/curbside parking may be limited during working hours.
Advanced notification will be provided 48-hours prior to construction with “No Parking” signs.
WHEN
Anticipated Construction Duration
June 5 — July 2023
Working Hours
Monday — Friday, 7 a.m. — 4 p.m.
The construction schedule is tentative and subject to change due to weather and other factors.

Work is planned for the following streets: Addison Road, Apsley Road, Arroyo Avenue, Bennington Drive, Bimini Drive, Bradcliff Drive, Brunswick Way, Cambera Lane, Camden Drive, Cherry Hill Drive, Cielo Place, Cloyden Road, Coronel Road, Country Hills Drive, Coventry Place, Doresetshire Lane, Edgeview Drive, Gigi Drive, Glenaire Drive, La Limonar Road, Limetree Drive, Faren Drive, Fenwick Place, Hideaway Drive, Harrogate Place, Hyde Park Drive, Mumford Road, Orangeview Road, Peacock Hill Drive, Pembroke Drive, Smoke Tree Lane, Smokewood Drive, St. John Place, St. Vincent Place, Thorley Road, Treasure Lane, Wickford Drive, Yarmouth Road.
