Construction Alert: Midway City/Hazard Avenue ADA Upgrades and Concrete Maintenance (Aug.10-Nov. 2022)

OCPW Construction - ADA Curb Ramps

PROJECT SUMMARY

OC Public Works will complete a concrete maintenance project to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards in the unincorporated Orange County area of Midway City. Work will be completed along the south side of Hazard Avenue (from 450’ east of Beach Blvd. to 200’ west of Monroe St.)
 

WHEN

Anticipated Construction Duration
August 10, 2022 — November 2022
Working Hours
Monday — Friday, 7 a.m. — 3:30 p.m.

The construction schedule is tentative and subject to change due to weather and other factors.

 

WHAT

Work includes construction of sidewalk and the removal and replacement or curb, gutter and driveway approaches.
Curbside parking in the project area will not be available during working hours. “No Parking” signs will be posted 48-hours in advance.

 

WHERE

Work will be completed along the south side of Hazard Avenue (from 450’ east of Beach Blvd. to 200’ west of Monroe St.) Also, see map in PDF below.
