Construction Alert: Lemon Heights Asphalt Overlay (Temporary Road/Lane Closures Needed)

Lemon Heights Asphalt Overlay

PROJECT SUMMARY

OC Public Works will complete an asphalt concrete overlay on various streets within the unincorporated Orange County area of Lemon Heights. Access to residences may be limited during normal working hours, depending on the location of work. Advanced notification will be provided 48-hours prior to construction activity via door knob hangers and “No Parking” signs.

WHAT

Work includes an asphalt overlay, utility and survey monument adjustments, reestablishing traffic striping, pavement markings and raised pavement markers.

  • Pay attention to flaggers directing traffic past active work locations.
  • Due to the narrow roads in the Lemon Heights area, residents should expect temporary road closures to allow for the new asphalt to cool and the roads to be passable.
