Join us for the Housing Element Update Community Workshop via Zoom on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.

The County of Orange is currently updating the Housing Element for the 6th cycle, which covers the planning period from 2021-2029. The Housing Element serves as a policy guide to address the comprehensive housing needs of the unincorporated areas within Orange County. The primary focus of the Housing Element is to ensure that the County has planned to meet the housing needs of current and future residents of all income levels within the unincorporated areas.

At this time, we are inviting community members to participate in a community workshop to learn more about the Housing Element Update, including the County of Orange’s existing and projected housing needs, identification of sites for new housing, and potential housing strategies. There will be opportunities to ask questions, share ideas, and provide input.

For additional details, please view the County’s Housing Element Update web page.
